At Mist Scrubs, we are committed to a clear and transparent returns process that ensures customer satisfaction while keeping prices fair. Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Sale and discounted products are eligible for return unless marked FINAL SALE.
- Returns for size exchanges or change of mind are permitted within the 3-day window (fees apply).

Refund Methods
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (minus fee if applicable).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via store credit (minus fee if applicable).
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days once items are received and approved. Bank processing times may vary.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email team@mistscrubs.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and pickup instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Repack items securely with original packaging and tags. Hand them over at pickup time.
Final Sale Items
Products marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
